1. What's the usual lead time on products?
We start when you order, so it depends on the availability of products from our suppliers. We know everyone is pressed with time - with all orders, we send out regular updates and keep you informed about the projected ship date. Feel free to email us on lead times on specific products.
2. What is your warranty policy?
We have a basic warranty policy of one year on all of the components that go into our products. On a case by case basis, some components will be covered indefinitely. For example, if you fry the electrodes on a Thomson Parabola, we'll replace it - probably with a newer version.
